How to you react when someone opposes you? Do you see it as a personal attack? Or do you see it as an opportunity to grow? The first is much easier than the second. But in this week's message, I am going to ask some important questions. Where do our assumptions come from? What influences how we perceive something? Can opposition be an opportunity for a spiritual awakening; a chance to strengthen what was once an area of needed growth? Lent is a season of self reflection, and opposition from others is one way of engaging in that spiritual discipline.
