The Open Chair Policy - contemporary service

You may have heard about an open door policy; a way of leading that extends and an open and welcoming invitation to let the people around you know that they can always come and talk to you about anything with no fear of repercussions. I have an open door policy. If you come by the church during the week, you will see that my door is literally always open if I am not in a meeting. But I also have an open chair policy. What's that about? We will talk about it this Sunday in worship!
