For the season of Lent, we were discussing God's use of the unexpected to teach us great lessons. Unexpected people, unexpected places, unexpected means by which God blesses us. What makes the resurrection so unexpected? Is it because it should be impossible? Is it because Rome isn't used to losing? Is it because the oppressed aren't used to winning? Or is it because the resurrection completely redefines life? God's resurrection work wasn't just a one time deal. It still happens all around us. Where do you see it?
